Delete your data
Saydence — Statement Analyser
There is no account to delete
Saydence does not have user accounts. We do not collect your name, email, or any identifier. There is no server-side profile to delete because we never created one.
All Saydence data lives on your device. Deleting your data is a single action inside the app.
Delete on-device data (recommended)
- Open Saydence.
- Tap Settings in the top app bar.
- Scroll to the Privacy section.
- Tap Delete all local data.
- Confirm. The app wipes the disclaimer flag, today's analysis count, your recent analyses, your theme preference, and your crash-reporting opt-in. The disclaimer screen will appear again on next launch.
This action is immediate and cannot be undone. Saydence has no copy of this data anywhere else.
Uninstall the app
Uninstalling Saydence from Android also removes all on-device data, because the app's storage is sandboxed. Long-press the Saydence icon on your home screen or app drawer and select Uninstall.
Cancel a subscription (paid tier, when available)
Subscriptions are managed by Google Play, not by us. To cancel:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select Saydence and tap Cancel subscription.
Cancelling stops future billing. Existing benefits remain until the end of the current paid period.
If you can't access the app
If you cannot open Saydence to use the in-app Delete action (e.g. the app won't launch on your device), uninstalling Saydence achieves the same result. Android removes the sandboxed storage as part of uninstall.
If you still have concerns, contact support@saydence.com and we'll help you confirm there is nothing else to delete.
